چکیده
The World Health Organization declared COVID-19 as a pandemic disease on 12 March 2020. Currently, this caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus remains one of biggest public health problems in world. Thus, it is essential to apply methods that enable better understanding diffusion processes, not only at spatial level but also spatiotemporal one. To end, we tried understand distribution pathology continental Portugal municipal and comprehend how mobility influences transmission. We used autocorrelation indices such Getis-Ord (with Euclidian distance commuting values), Local Moran, new hybrid approach. Likewise, aiming identify patterns propagation using Man–Kendall statistics, found most hotspots infected individuals occur municipalities metropolitan areas. analysis identified oscillating hotspots.

Mathematical Model of Novel COVID-19 and Its Transmission Dynamics
In this paper, we formulated a dynamical model of COVID-19 to describe the transmission dynamics of the disease. The well possedness of the formulated model equations was proved. Both local and global stability of the disease free equilibrium and endemic equilibrium point of the model equation was established using basic reproduction number. The results show that, if the basic reproduction numb...
متن کاملBacterial Infections associated with COVID-19 and the effect of using many common antibiotics in the treatment these infections
Background and Objective: Undetected coinfections in COVID-19 patients may have serious clinical consequences, including increased hospitalization and mortality. The current study was conducted on 455 patients diagnosed with the new epidemic coronavirus disease who were admitted to quarantine halls in Diwaniyah in Iraq for one month, from February 2021 to March 2021. The aim of the study was to...
متن کاملTuberculosis incidence in Portugal: spatiotemporal clustering
BACKGROUND The statistics of disease clustering is one of the most important tools for epidemiologists to detect and monitor public health disease patterns. Nowadays, tuberculosis (TB)--an infectious disease caused by the Mycobacterium tuberculosis--presents different (development in populations and antibiotics resistance) patterns and specialists are very concerned with it and its association ...

متن کاملSpatiotemporal Dynamics of Scrub Typhus Transmission in Mainland China, 2006-2014
BACKGROUND Scrub typhus is endemic in the Asia-Pacific region including China, and the number of reported cases has increased dramatically in the past decade. However, the spatial-temporal dynamics and the potential risk factors in transmission of scrub typhus in mainland China have yet to be characterized. OBJECTIVE This study aims to explore the spatiotemporal dynamics of reported scrub typ...
